Zero maintenance rotor

                 

1. Heavy duty cam track made of high quality globular cast iron, adjustable for total precision: tidy raking at speed in all conditions.
2. Hardened steel cam rollers with ball bearings - zero maintenance and long service life.
3. P.T.O. gearing on transmission stub shaft - unit is quick and easy to remove.
4. Easy height adjustment using hand crank.
5. The tine arm bearings are separate from the cam control bearings to minimise collision damage with trees, poles, etc.
6.The cam track can be adjusted to different quantities of forage and changing harvesting conditions.
 
TopTech is unbeatable; a classic example of proven long-life reliability

  • Tine arm bearings as far away from hub as possible to ensure the highest stability: especially important on bumpy ground.
  • Maintenance-free arm bearings and bearings spaced as wide apart as possible: essential to minimise stress. Strength and long service life without additional maintenance.

The heavy-duty rotor transmission is submerged in oil - no maintenance required. Large diameter gear wheel guarantees smooth running and a long service life.

 Large diameter cam track
  • Computer optimised for consistently smooth cam track control. No sudden ramps, so there is no jerking of the control levers as on smaller diameter cam tracks. Much less stress on the whole control system.
Encapsulated and maintenance-free
  • The complete system is fully encapsulated and maintenance-free. No contamination, dust-free. The cam track need only be lubricated once a year!
